What is ITAD?
ITAD stands for IT asset disposition: the controlled retirement of business IT equipment. It brings together secure collection, data sanitisation, asset records and a decision about what happens next: reuse, resale or recycling.
Unlike a simple waste collection, ITAD considers both the information stored on a device and its remaining value. For an office refresh or a client estate managed by an MSP, that means a documented route from redundant hardware to a safe, accountable outcome.

Most business and corporate ITAD projects involving more recent equipment are offered rebates and free-of-charge (FOC) collection. Your equipment list determines the proposal, not a one-price-fits-all rate.

Send an equipment list with quantities, makes, models and approximate age or specification, plus your collection postcode and access details. Tell us whether drives need wiping or physical destruction. Photos can help when specifications are unknown; you can attach a list or photos to our quote form.

Neither is automatic: equipment specification, condition, volume, resale potential and the work required affect the proposal. Older or non-reusable equipment may require a paid service.
