Remarketing & Value Recovery

Retired IT is not waste, it is working capital. We refurbish and remarket every viable device, and recover commodity-grade materials from everything else, returning the proceeds to you as a transparent rebate.

Why it matters

Two value streams from every collection

A typical corporate refresh contains two very different populations. Healthy laptops, servers, screens and phones still command strong B2B resale prices, often three to five years into their life. Everything else, broken chassis, dead drives, ageing networking, contains copper, aluminium, steel, gold and rare-earth magnets that have a real commodity value at the smelter gate.

We work both streams in parallel. Refurbishment and remarketing for the assets that can be reused, downstream material recovery for the rest. You get a single rebate statement covering both, and zero waste sent to landfill.

How we recover value

Remarketing and scrap, not one or the other

Every asset is graded on arrival. The route it takes depends on residual value, not convenience.

Stream 1, Refurbishment & Remarketing

Healthy hardware is professionally refurbished and resold through vetted B2B channels. You see the grading, the sale price and the rebate, every device, every time.

  • Cosmetic grading A / B / C with photo evidence
  • Full hardware test, component repair, OS reinstall
  • Wipe verified to NIST 800-88 before resale
  • Sold via UK and EU trade channels only, no consumer marketplaces
  • Net proceeds returned as a rebate, itemised by serial

Stream 2, Scrap Material Recovery

For end-of-life assets, we dismantle into mono-material streams and sell to UK and EU smelters. Even shredded drives, broken chassis and dead PSUs carry a recoverable commodity value.

  • Steel, aluminium, copper and brass recovered by weight
  • Precious metals (Au, Ag, Pd) reclaimed from PCBs
  • Rare-earth magnets recovered from HDD platters
  • Plastics separated by polymer for closed-loop reuse
  • Tonnage, recovery rate and rebate reported per job

How it works

From collection to rebate, in five steps

  1. 01

    Secure collection

SC-cleared crew, sealed cages, GPS-tracked transport to our processing site.

  2. 02

    Grade & test

Each asset is hardware-tested, cosmetically graded and given a market valuation.

  3. 03

    Wipe & refurbish

Drives wiped to NIST 800-88, components repaired, OS reinstalled, packaged for resale.

  4. 04

    Remarket or recover

Resold via B2B trade partners, or dismantled into mono-streams for material recovery.

  5. 05

    Rebate & report

Net proceeds paid back, itemised by asset, alongside ESG and circularity metrics.

Inside the rebate

Transparent, itemised, no hidden deductions

Every rebate statement shows the asset, the resale or scrap price achieved, the processing cost and your share. No bundled "fair market values", no opaque adjustments.

  • Per-asset resale price, with sale channel and date
  • Per-tonne scrap value by material stream
  • Processing cost broken out (wipe, refurb, logistics)
  • Agreed revenue-share split applied openly
  • Net rebate paid by BACS within 30 days of sale
  • Quarterly summary tied to your ESG report
